The goals of the Team INTECON VETS quality assurance program are to ensure quality from the start, continuously improve task execution over the life of the task, and quickly resolve issues as they arise.

INTECON Program Manager (INTECON PM)

• Responsible for the quality of products and services delivered to the customer
• Serves as the INTECON point of contact for quality

Task Order Lead (TOL)

• Responsible for the quality of products and services delivered to customer(s) under a specific task

Individual Team Members

• Deliver quality products and/or services to the customer
