Jodie Anderson- President and Chief Executive Officer
Since 2016, Jodie Anderson’s goal for INTECON has been to ensure that the company continues Mike Anderson’s legacy, in keeping with the INTECON business model and our corporate Guiding Principles (Customer Service, Employee Support, Community Development, and Business Continuity). Our role in maintaining positive, moral and ethical practices in the management of our programs provides the foundation of our interaction with our customers. These guiding principles are the backbone of INTECON.
Before assuming leadership of INTECON, Jodie served as the company’s Vice President of Finance; Vice President of International Operations; Program Manager; Recruiting/Deployment Manager and Information Technology Manager. Her career spans numerous information technology roles, including hardware and software engineering, software development, and technical program management, for both large and small businesses. Her background in the IT and Finance arenas coupled with having worked in nearly every area of operations at INTECON enables the company to be a responsible contractor to our customers. Jodie’s emphasis on compliance with corporate mechanisms for quality—such as our ISO 9001:2015 program—is key to INTECON’s engagement in the federal contracting industry as we adhere to our customers’ schedules, budgets, and mission objectives.

Alan Omo- Director Domestic Operations
Mr. Omo joined INTECON in 2007 and has been a Director since 2010. He holds two Bachelor’s and a Master of Arts Degree in English, in addition to being a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. He retired from the Air Force and had also served in the Army and National Guard in various assignments. Alan has more than 10 years of program management experience leading agency-wide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contracts and projects for military service and government organizations. He also has over 20 years of military experience in intelligence, military operations, security, and management. His experience includes the management of the NORAD-USNORTHCOM (N-NC) Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TA2S) and N-NC Advisory and Assistance Services (N2A2S) contracts for the past 10 years. On those contracts he has managed over 65 task orders valued at over $75M covering space and missile defense operations, global strike, exercises, training, C4ISR, architectures, investment management, logistics, staff support, communications, simulation and modeling, command and control systems, and intelligence.
Anthony Rudeen- Director International Operations
Mr. Rudeen brings 30 years of combined experience in
business operations and military service. While working in the Small Business
arena, he has dedicated his efforts to ensure that INTECON became an
outstanding performer. For the last 12 years, Mr. Rudeen has worked in increasingly responsible roles within the
company, including Deputy Program Manager, Program Manager, and Director. As a leader, his role facilitated
significant improvements in processes within the organization and helped
INTECON achieve its goal to become the preeminent small business in the
Colorado Springs area. Mr. Rudeen retired from the U.S. Army with more than 22
years of experience at multiple levels within the U.S. Army, Special Operations
Command (USASOC), and has extensive knowledge in military operations,
intelligence, communications, and special operations.
Dan Butler- Director Business Development
Dan has the INTECON Business Development Director since December of 2016. Dan is a seasoned executive with over 25 years Department of Defense and industry experience including program and project management, business development and executive decision making as well as strategic planning and execution. His DoD experience includes 22 years in the U.S Air Force where he served in Administration and Logistics to include Aircraft Maintenance with the AWACs unit at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma. Dan’s Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Master of Arts Degree in Management. He retired in 2003 after the stand up of U.S. Northern Command and worked as civilian Liaison for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency out of Ft. Belvoir, VA implementing solutions to support the various Combatant Commands and other DoD units.
